Taikoku distillery Co., ltd. Is southernmost sake brewery on sub-tropical island of okinawa in japan.
The founder, shigeshi yasuda accomplished refined sake-making in hot okinawa after trials and errors because it called for cold temperature. Since the brewery was founded in 1952, mr. Yasuda had acquired licenses to manufacture a class shochu, awamori, whiskey, liqueurs and refined sake. The refined sake named "reimei" has been enjoyed since 1952 even among the americans stationed in okinawa. The skills nurtured through producing different kinds of alcoholic beverages were put to use to make traditional awamori distilled liquor. Hantabaru is a blend of awamori and shochu, that made it possible richer and milder in flavor and aroma. The brand is also said to be a healthy drink that does not induce hangovers. This was achieved by removing all impurities. Moreover, we have various business links to japan's distilleries and brewries for providing our clients with many kinds of alcohol beverages such as shochu liquor, liqueur and refined sake of daiginjo, ginjo, junmai, honjozo and futsu shu (equevalant to like table wine).
